What this website keeps

This website sets no cookies, shows no adverts and does not track you. It loads nothing from other companies; Google Maps opens only when you press its button.

Messages you send us

When you send a message from this website, the hospital keeps your name, mobile number and message for 12 months, only to answer you. It does not become a patient record: you are registered as a patient only when you come in or book a visit.

Job applications

When you apply for a job, the hospital keeps your application and CV until 12 months after the job closes, then deletes them. Only the hospital's managers can open your CV.

Offers to sponsor

When you offer to sponsor care, the hospital keeps your offer for 12 months to agree it with you; only its managers see it. If you become a donor, the offer is kept with the donor's record.

Patient records

The website cannot see patient records. Your records stay in the hospital's own system, seen only by the staff caring for you.

Photos of our staff

Staff photos and short biographies are shown only with each person's agreement. They can ask the hospital to remove theirs at any time.
